You may use WebJF to create and publish websites for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for all content you create and must comply with all applicable laws.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for annual plans. Monthly plans are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you create. WebJF retains ownership of the platform, templates, and all related intellectual property. You may not copy or redistribute our templates.
6. Limitation of Liability
WebJF is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
